Welcome to Bellis Art Studios’ magical corner of florals! I want every little treasure you buy to make your heart flutter. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can sprinkle a little magic and get it sorted.

1. Return Period

• You can return most items within 14 days from the moment they land at your doorstep.

2. Items Eligible for Return

• Items must be untouched, in their original condition, and packaged safely.

• Personalised or custom pieces (like bespoke art pieces) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

3. How to Start a Return

• Email me at: bellisartstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number and what went awry.

• I’ll send instructions to safely send your treasure back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• You’re responsible for sending items back, unless the fairy dust (a.k.a. item) arrived damaged or faulty.

• I recommend using a tracked shipping method so your item arrives safely in my little hands.

5. Refunds

• Once your returned item arrives and I’ve given it a gentle inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds travel back to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or faulty.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives bent, broken, or not as described, send over an email to bellisartstudios@gmail.com with some photos.

• I’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost, because that’s how magic works.

7. Exchanges

• I don’t offer direct swaps, but you can return for a refund and place a new order for the piece you’ve been dreaming of.
