Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bellis Art Studios! By placing an order with me (whether for shop items, wholesale, or a commission), you are agreeing to the following terms.

1. General Shop Terms

  • Orders & Payment: Payment is taken at checkout. Prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. ( I have a currency converter in the footer if that helps you pick your favourite pieces)

  • Shipping: I carefully package each order, but once it’s shipped, delivery times may vary depending on postal services. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of art prints, stickers, and other paper goods, I can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

  • Intellectual Property: All designs, artwork, and images remain the copyright of Bellis Art Studios. Purchase does not transfer reproduction rights.

2. Wholesale Terms

I’m delighted to offer selected products for wholesale to independent shops and stockists.

  • Minimum Order: Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value (£60).

  • Pricing: Wholesale pricing is for resale only and should not be disclosed publicly.

  • Payment: Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Turnaround: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 weeks depending on stock levels.

  • Resale: Products must be sold as-is, without alteration, and credit to “Bellis Art Studios” should be maintained.

  • Exclusivity: I cannot guarantee exclusivity unless agreed in writing.

3. Commissions Terms

I love creating special one-off pieces! Please read the following before booking a commission:

  • Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your commission slot. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipment.

  • Process: I will provide initial sketches or concepts (if applicable) and up to 2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional costs.

  • Timeline: Completion time varies depending on complexity and my schedule. An estimated delivery date will be provided at booking.

  • Usage Rights: Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. I retain the copyright and may share images of the finished work unless you request otherwise.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel midway, you will still be liable for payment proportionate to the work completed.
