Welcome to my Secret Garden
This magical spot grows in the deepest corner of the Bellis world and my mind. I loved the movie when I was younger, I felt enchanted by the antique gates and the status lost to time.
This collection is overgrown with flowers that I feel sing secretive meadow. The wisteria, the clematis, dog rose, brambles, and morning glory were so fun to paint and explore, as I wanted them to feel alive amongst the iron gates and forgotten statues and relics.
What is in this Collection?
The Secret Garden collection is made up of two pocket prints, two whimsical A7 art prints, two A5 paintings, and a interactive gate painting. Each of my watercolour paintings inside this collection are inspired by lost moments and secrets. This watercolour collection is perfect to stick on your walls or tucking into your junk journal.
Inside this collection, you'll find:
-
Two small pocket prints.
-
Two A7 pieces (keyhole, and an aerial view maze)
-
Two A5 pieces, a secret stained glass, and a brambly garden path.
-
One Interactive watercolour painting, hiding my secret world.
-
And a little sparkly watercolour sticker
This sweet collection was all about experiments, as I was a little art blocked when I was deciding the sketches. Which is partially why it took me so long. But I hope you love all the forgotten beauty and sweet florals.

Interactive Art Piece
At the heart of this watercolour collection is Gate to the Grotto. Its magical gates open to reveal a tiny hidden world. The statue rests in a sun-dappled glade, guarding her secrets. (I couldn’t find a reference I loved, so I posed for it myself, hence the missing arm as I had to take the photo !) This interactive piece is perfect for adding a touch of magic to journals, planners, or your walls.
Behind the Flowers

Every lil flower has a meaning.
-
Wisteria falls elegantly, symbolising devotion and creativity.
-
Clematis climbs and twines, representing ingenuity and mental beauty.
-
Dog rose protects with its pink petals and thorny edges, a quiet symbol of love and resilience.
-
Brambles hold a little mystery, layered with tiny red spikes and pink hues.
-
Morning glory whispers fleeting beauty and renewal.
The Bramble Fountain piece captures a tiny fountain surrounded by these flowers, combining protective thorns with delicate pinks, perfect for a whimsical little scene in your home or journal.

At The End Of Secret Garden
This collection unlocked something for me as an artist. My first Instagram reel hit over 100 likes belongs to this sweet collection, and people really connected with the Secret Window piece. I realised my art wasn’t as “niche” as I feared, and I also made so much progress with my website and Pinterest. This collection became a stepping stone in my Bellis journey, which is why it felt perfect to launch my shop with Secret Garden and my very first collection, Flutter Garden.
Love,
Laura
