I wanted to push myself as an artist so this entire collection is a colour palette experiment. I wanted to play with unique and unexpected colours to create nighttime and moody scenes. The result was a large watercolour collection full of whimsical art prints unified by a theme but each in a different colour palette.
I focused on painting lily of the valley and cosmos flowers. I also painted a pond scene with lily pads and water lilies, and a blue bell grove.
There are many watercolour art prints all with a darker colour scheme and a night time theme, exploring moonlight and stars. My Night Garden collection is perfect for those who love gothic whimsy and interesting colour palettes.
Night Garden is my largest watercolour collection with 14 art prints. Each explores a different colour palette but focus on lily of the valley and cosmos flowers. There are two A5 art prints, two A6 art prints, two post card prints, four mini pocket prints, two whimsical square paintings, and two pieces of journal dust!
